CAM84 ("we", "us") provides a retro photo terminal. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and similar laws.

1. What we collect

  • Camera input: processed in your browser. Photos are uploaded only when you save, submit to the portal, or use Booth Mode.
  • Account data: email, display name, optional avatar.
  • Photos: images you choose to save or submit, plus their era/filter metadata.
  • Usage events: filter/era selections, session counters, country (derived from IP, IP is not stored).

2. How we use it

  • To run the camera, store your album, and deliver booth photos via QR.
  • To improve features (aggregate usage stats).
  • To enforce abuse and access limits.

3. Sharing

We use Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for storage, auth, and database. We don't sell personal data. Photos submitted to the public portal are visible to everyone after admin approval.
